Howard Bornstein is a passionate venture investor, tech founder, and company builder who spent half a decade at Bain Capital Ventures and Bain Capital Private Equity after beginning his career at McKinsey & Company and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. He earned his MBA at Stanford Graduate School of Business. His prior investment experience includes working with SoFi, HomeLight, and FlyWire. Most recently Bornstein was a Principal at Innospark Ventures, a venture fund that invests in entrepreneurs who leverage AI in their companies.

Ashok Vantipalli joined TireHub in 2018 as Chief Information Officer, positioning the newly formed company for accelerated growth and leveraging technology as a key differentiator in the customer experience. Before TireHub, he served as Global Vice President of Application Delivery at Sage, where he drove the company’s digital transformation from on-premises solutions to a SaaS-based model. Ashok has also held notable technology leadership positions at McKinsey, KPMG, and Alvarez & Marsal.

Karol Dobosz is a seasoned O2C expert with over 15 years in finance operations, process transformation, and global system implementations. He has led teams, streamlined processes, and driven digital transformation across retail, FMCG, luxury, pharma, and financial services. With strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills, he delivers strategic, hands-on improvements in the O2C space.
